HAPF Handbook

The HAPF handbook has been regularly updated by former and current Fellows and is intended both to assist incoming Fellows as they make plans for the coming year and to serve as a resource for alumni post-fellowship. The Handbook provides a calendar overview, practical information about getting to know DC, networking, special programs, and more. We hope it will help address the many questions you may have from logistics (like getting reimbursed) to aspirations about how to make the most of this year (like securing a position on the Hill upon completion) – and everything in between.
