Anne Bradley Mitchell, PhD, MPH, ANP-BC is an adult nurse practitioner and an assistant professor at the Thomas Jefferson University, College of Nursing. Her policy interests are elder mistreatment and exploitation, caregiver issues, and the Older Americans Act. Anne was in the inaugural cohort of mentees of the National Collaboratory to Address Elder Mistreatment (NCAEM) Mentorship Program in 2022-2023 where she focused on policy to address elder mistreatment continuing education for health care provider re-licensure in Pennsylvania. She recently completed a master’s in public health, exploring elder mistreatment screening tools in the emergency department. Previously, she served as the convener for the Gerontological Society of America (GSA) Environmental Gerontology Interest Group and is a GSA Fellow.

Anne received a doctorate in nursing from the University of Pennsylvania, a master’s degree in public health from Thomas Jefferson University College of Population Health, a master’s degree as a nurse practitioner from UCLA, and a BSN degree from the Catholic University of America, Washington, D.C.
