
Gary Epstein-Lubow, MD is a clinical practice change leader working to improve services delivery for persons living with dementia and their family members and caregivers. Dr. Lubow is a Distinguished Medical Scholar at Education Development Center, an Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Human Behavior at the Alpert Medical School of Brown University, and Associate Professor of Health Services, Policy and Practice at the Brown University School of Public Health. At Butler Hospital, Dr. Lubow is a staff psychiatrist. Dr. Lubow is on the leadership team to disseminate the UCLA Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care (ADC) program and he co-leads the ADC program’s National Learning Collaborative. In addition, Dr. Lubow leads the Stakeholder Engagement Team of the NIA’s IMbedded Pragmatic Alzheimer’s Disease (AD) and AD-Related (AD/ADRD) Clinical Trials (IMPACT) Collaboratory and he is Associate Director with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s national Public Health Center of Excellence for Dementia Caregiving.
