Nina Graf, MPH, most recently served as Vice President at the Center for Health Care Research at UnitedHealth Group, where she led research and analysis on policy issues related to Medicare, Medicaid, the ACA Marketplace, post-acute care, telehealth, and the health care workforce. Earlier in her career, she was a Senior Research Analyst at NORC at the University of Chicago, where she evaluated care delivery models developed through the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Innovation, focused on diabetes, end-stage renal disease, and stroke care, and helped states comply with home- and community-based services requirements. She began her career in community health as an AmeriCorps Health Educator at a federally qualified health center and as a Project Coordinator for the American Diabetes Association, helping older adults prevent and manage diabetes. During graduate school, she interned with the Senate HELP Committee under Ranking Member Patty Murray during the debate over Affordable Care Act repeal, and with Community Catalyst and the Protect Our Care campaign. Nina's own family experience with disability shapes her drive to ensure older adults and people with disabilities have the support and accommodations to live life on their terms, and thrive in their communities. She holds an MPH in Health Policy from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and a BS in History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
