
Dr. Jacquelyn Kung runs the senior care division of Great Place to Work, which started in 2017 and has certified brands representing over 3,000 senior care locations around the U.S. Previously, she started a bundled payments company and a venture-backed startup which now supports over 400,000 seniors at home each year; managed an Erickson retirement community with $70M in revenues and 2,100 residents; and was a healthcare consultant at McKinsey.
Jacquelyn serves on the Board of Eskaton, is President Emeritus of the Family Caregiver Alliance, and was previously an adjunct faculty member at Brown Medical School. She has written two books: one on healthy aging and one on education with McGraw-Hill. Jacquelyn completed her BA and MBA at Harvard as well as a DrPH at Johns Hopkins. She lives in Dallas with her husband and daughter.
